Before a candidate profile lands on a clients desk for final approval it goes through a multi-step process. All potential candidates go through multiple rounds of interviews, leadership/personality tests (as needed), a background check, urine screening, resume verification, and reference checks. 

Once our clients have made a decision on which candidate(s) to hire we complete an internal orientation and assign an account manager to provide continual support and communication.
